Upon completion of working drawings, construction is set to commence in autumn of 2019. 1750 Ellesmere Road will be one the Toronto’s newest, fully affordable rental housing building featuring 150 residential units within a 13 storey building. In addition to exceeding the Ontario Building Code requirements in terms of the Barrier Free accessibility of the residential units, the project also provides a number of Barrier Free amenities including a multi-purpose room, laundry facilities, lounge areas and outdoor amenity areas.
